Each row below is a source file or API check in our data refresh agent. A status of ok means the pipeline found a current file or successful download. stale means the file exists but is older than we expect. missing or invalid means we could not verify the source and may be serving the last good import.

This page does not list every cell on every school card. Field-level sourcing is described in methodology and data sources.

A stale source in this log does not always mean a wrong number on screen. We keep the last good import until a newer file passes validation. If you need certainty for an application deadline, cross-check the live GIAS or Ofsted record on the day you apply.
